Well, you are a skydiver, or a skydiver wannabe, and you want to get in touch with the skydiving world in your country (or a nearby country). If it's just for socializing (is this the politically correct word for a serious beer session?), visit out pages of local skydivers and say "Hi!", or hang out on our forum.
If you want something a bit more formal than meeting the flock, then the page of local organizations might provide you some useful information and contacts. However, in these pages, we focus more on the skydiving activity by itself, and we hardly advertise local skydiving related business, so, your best optiong might still to hang out with the local crowd for more specific information, for instance to find a qualified instructor or to check out the availability of rigging services.
